How to use

Open
Open the pouch carefully and remove one or two patches as required.

Peel
Carefully peel off one or two patches, exposing the adhesive side.

Stick
Affix the patch(es) where needed, avoiding direct contact with skin, e.g. strollers, cots, bags, etc.
